We are looking for a Mid level IT Systems & Network Engineer to join IT Support LLC and provide professional technical support and infrastructure management for our clients and internal environments. The role is a hands-on infrastructure position covering day-to-day administration, maintenance, troubleshooting and improvement of IT environments.
Responsibilities
- Infrastructure & Systems
- Maintain and troubleshoot client server, virtualization and core IT infrastructure.
- Perform routine administration, maintenance, updates and configuration changes.
- Monitor system health, investigate incidents and resolve recurring technical problems.
- Network & Connectivity
- Maintain and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, wireless, firewall, VPN and remote-access environments.
- Support network changes, connectivity issues, infrastructure upgrades and site deployments.
- Security, Backup & Reliability
- Support endpoint security, access controls, system hardening and security monitoring.
- Maintain backup processes and assist with recovery, disaster recovery and business continuity.
