Senior Copilot Studio Developer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Copilot Studio agents including task-based, retrieval-based and autonomous types
• Model agent conversations and orchestrate multi-agent capability chaining
• Integrate Copilot agents with enterprise systems such as SAP ECC/S4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors and Salesforce
• Build custom connectors and extend Power Platform through OpenAPI/REST integrations
• Secure API integrations using Azure Entra ID and OAuth 2.0
• Enable enterprise knowledge grounding through SharePoint, Dataverse and structured systems
• Manage Power Platform governance including DLP policies and RBAC
• Oversee DEV/UAT/PROD lifecycle and agent deployment/release management
• Monitor agent performance and drive continuous improvement
• Gather business requirements and translate them into Copilot agent capabilities
