Field Marketing Manager, Brazil

Responsibilities

• Field Marketing Strategy & Planning
• Own and execute the field marketing strategy for Brazil in partnership with Sr. Field Marketing Manager, tailoring global and regional marketing priorities to address the local enterprise landscape and market dynamics.
• Integrated Field Programs: Architect and deliver multi-touch programs, including regional roadshows, executive roundtables, and high-touch customer experiences designed to generate and accelerate pipeline and promote customer growth.
• Brand Awareness & Local Market Penetration
• Drive targeted marketing initiatives to increase brand recognition and position Snowflake as the leading AI Data Cloud across key industries in Brazil.
• Sales Alignment
• Build trusted partnerships with Account Executives and SDR teams to align field marketing strategy with territory targets and key accounts.
• Campaign Localization & Content Delivery: Work with Product Marketing and Customer Marketing teams to localize domain-specific messaging, content, customer stories and campaign assets for the Brazilian market.
• Lead Management & ROI Tracking
• Manage end-to-end campaign operations, from lead capture and SDR follow-up enablement to analyzing program performance, tracking pipeline attribution, and optimizing marketing ROI.
