Responsibilities

• IT Strategy and Governance
• Develop and execute the IT Strategy and Technology Roadmap in alignment with corporate strategy
• Establish IT governance, policies, standards, architecture principles and technology lifecycle management
• Manage IT priorities, budget, investments, resources and performance
• Advise executive management on technology opportunities, risks, dependencies and required investments.
• Critical Systems and Technology Operations
• Ensure the availability, performance, integrity and supportability of mission-critical systems
• Oversee IT infrastructure, data centers, networks, servers, databases, cloud services, enterprise platforms and end-user technology
• Ensure appropriate monitoring, capacity management, backup, technical support and lifecycle management
• Oversee integrations with banks, market participants, regulators, vendors and other external systems.
