Basic Support Agent (On Shift)

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient and effective telephone service to customers
• Provide proper/accurate information
• Arise customers’ interest in products and services of the Company
• Record the issue and follow-up to solve it providing feedback to the customer upon necessity
• Reply technically as far as possible and transfer the call to technical section if necessary
• Make records of all customer calls
• Submit daily reports on complaints and offers received from customers.
