Responsibilities
- Align closely with services and sales teams to provide implementation proposals and establish confidence with prospects in our ability to deliver
- Develop and spearhead eCOA service offerings across multiple customer types
- Set client and internal stakeholder expectations correctly with a focus on long-term success
- Develop, own, and manage partner vendor relationships for contracting and services operations
- Lead, grow, and scale eCOA SEM activities and operations
- Travel estimate: Less than 25%
