Marketplace partner acquisition specialist

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and attract new partners based on Buy.am’s category priorities, assortment needs, commercial potential, and geographical coverage.
• Manage the acquisition pipeline from initial outreach to signed agreements, maintaining consistent follow-up with prospective partners.
• Conduct meetings and presentations to explain Buy.am’s value proposition, cooperation models, service packages, and operational requirements.
• Negotiate commissions, service fees, and other commercial and operational terms within the approved framework, obtaining internal approval for any exceptions.
• Coordinate agreement signing and collect the legal, commercial, and operational information required for partner onboarding, including responsible contacts, assortment or menu details, prices, and content materials.
• Ensure complete and timely handover to the onboarding/content team, with clear documentation of agreed terms, outstanding items, and expected launch dates.
• Guide partners through initial setup and order-handling procedures, provide basic training on the Supplier App, and coordinate technical support when needed.
• Follow up on launch readiness with partners and internal teams, resolve partner-side blockers, and support partners until launch and handover to the team responsible for ongoing partner management.
• Monitor competitor offerings, partner feedback, and gaps in Buy.am’s category and location coverage to identify new acquisition opportunities.
• Keep CRM records accurate and up to date, including lead status, agreed terms, next actions, follow-up dates, and reasons for delays or lost opportunities.
