We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented B2B Customer Support and Sales Specialist to join our Customer Success and Sales team. In this role, you will be the voice of staff.am, helping our corporate clients navigate day-to-day inquiries via phone, online chat, email, and other communication channels.
Responsibilities
- Sales & Account
- Conduct outbound B2B calls to targeted sales leads with the aim of promoting our products and services and generating sales opportunities about 60% of work time.
- Actively contribute to staff.am's ecosystem's further growth.
- Customer Care: Respond promptly and professionally to customer requests and inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Billing Coordination
- Oversee day-to-day billing operations and coordinate with our accounting service provider regarding invoicing, reporting, and related matters.
- Support the team manager with special projects and other tasks as assigned to ensure smooth operations.
