Game Industry Sourcing Recruiter - Freelance / Fully Remote

Responsibilities

• SOFTGAMES is looking for an experienced Game Industry Sourcing Sourcing Recruiter to support our People team with active candidate sourcing and direct outreach. This is a freelance role (not in-house employment), focused on identifying and engaging top talent, within the gaming industry, ideally with experience in casual games.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future roles
• Collaborate closely with the People team to understand role requirements and target profiles
