Responsibilities
- Sets goals and objectives for team members for achievement of operational results
- Typically manages multiple teams that are led by experienced managers
- Influences others to accept practices and approaches
- Interacts with executive leadership and others concerning matters of significance to ConnectWise
- Owns short to mid-term strategy execution and operational direction of the [XX] team in alignment with the ConnectWise objectives
- Leads and prioritizes the daily activities of the team
- Manages, mentors, and coaches to develop a collaborative and dynamic team
- Coordinates cross-functional communication to align on initiatives and strategies to drive efficiency
- Creates and drives a vision for the system design and management that supports our digital marketing operations
- Develops and maintains the marketing technology stack and ensures appropriate integration with sales automation te4chnologies and processes
