Enterprise Implementation Consultant

Responsibilities

• Be on the front-lines and ensure our customers increase the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations with our IoT platform.
• Manage the deployment of Samsara technology for a high-volume book of Enterprise customers, driving timely execution and outcomes for each.
• Conduct goal planning workshops to align on business outcomes and metrics.
• Track implementation progress, customer engagement, product adoption, and account health.
• Lead training and consultation sessions, demonstrate Samsara’s technology, and work through challenges with project leads and day-to-day users.
• Adapt implementation approach, training, and communication style across varied customer use cases, stakeholders, and levels of complexity.
• Manage a large book of concurrent customer engagements with strong organization, focus, and efficiency while working cross-functionally to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Contribute ideas to help evolve and adapt our implementation approach, driving impact for customers and accelerating time to value.
• Deeply understand the Samsara platform’s capabilities and explain them to customers of all types.
