This role owns the autonomous operations layer, guaranteeing reliable, governed execution for 48 tier-one critical apps with sub-2h RTO, 45 databases, and 320 production environments across 12 countries.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the AI-driven monitoring and observability architecture across the SDP platform estate
- Design and run automated triage and incident classification workflows, routing issues by business capability and technical stack before escalation to L2
- Offer technical governance for platform-layer changes, guardrails, and patterns within the low-code/no-code environment
- Act as the technical point of contact for the SDP platform governance function
- Identify operational failure trends and recommend platform-side fixes
- Maintain SLA compliance, including P1 (15 min/4 h) and P2 (30 min/8 h), with round-the-clock coverage for highly critical applications
