We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Engineer specializing in IRM/GRC, including TPRM and Privacy. This role combines technical implementation support with long-term platform ownership and operational responsibility, working under the guidance of the ServiceNow Platform Architect.

Responsibilities

Configure and develop ServiceNow IRM/GRC, TPRM and Privacy capabilities
Support governance, compliance, risk management and audit-related processes
Participate in technical design reviews and implementation activities
Review technical deliverables and configurations produced by implementation partners
Support testing, deployment and production readiness
Maintain ServiceNow solutions after go-live
Receive and maintain technical knowledge transfer
Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support after deployment
Develop platform enhancements, automations, integrations and workflows
Perform defect resolution, maintenance and release activities
