Delivery Manager - .NET/Java

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery across multiple teams to ensure client requirements and quality standards are met
• Track project milestones, deadlines and deliverables, resolving any deviations
• Understand the technical and business aspects of the solutions being delivered
• Identify, track and manage inter-team and external dependencies
• Escalate critical risks and issues to stakeholders with clear impact analysis and recommendations
• Provide regular updates, progress reports and risk assessments to clients and stakeholders
• Manage client expectations, gather feedback and ensure high client satisfaction
• Define and monitor software development processes for Scrum teams
• Act as a liaison between clients and teams for daily or weekly status updates, risks and issues
• Lead multiple cross-functional Scrum teams across Product
