Social Media and Email Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage social channels including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok, keeping content on-brand and on schedule.
• Coordinate with external creative agencies and freelancers to deliver content on time.
• Build and maintain a content calendar that supports campaigns and announcements.
• Engage with the audience by responding to comments and messages and starting conversations.
• Identify relevant trends and adapt them to the brand.
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns using HubSpot or a similar platform.
• Write and design newsletters, and test subject lines, send times, formats, and audience segments.
• Review performance data, report findings, and adjust campaigns to improve engagement and conversions.
