Senior Product Manager, Retailer App Platform & Insights

Responsibilities

• Build a consumer-grade experience: Make Retailer App intuitive, cohesive, and delightful, with seamless navigation, personalized homepages, and end-to-end workflows that make it effortless for retailers to get their jobs done.
• Drive feature discovery and adoption: Surface and merchandise the growing suite of Storefront Pro capabilities so retailers can easily discover valuable features, understand their benefits, and adopt or upgrade to unlock more value.
• Own the end-to-end experience
• Set the vision and standards for Retailer App across product teams, ensuring individual features come together into one coherent, exceptional experience rather than a collection of disconnected tools.
• Set product direction: Define a compelling multi-half vision and strategy, translating customer needs and emerging technologies into a pragmatic roadmap with measurable outcomes.
• Lead across teams: Influence and align a broad set of cross-functional stakeholders, navigating competing priorities and driving decisions without direct authority.
