AMX is looking for a Market Operations Administrator to join the Market Operations and Maintenance Department team.

Responsibilities

Manage the functions and processes of the exchange trading system(s).
Continuously monitor trading sessions, including suspending and/or resuming trading when necessary.
Register securities in the trading system and ensure the timely administration of system settings and parameters.
Administer Exchange members, market and trading participants, as well as their relevant data and access rights in the trading system.
Maintain and develop relations with Exchange members; provide real-time support to market and trading system participants; ensure the proper organization of telephone and electronic communications.
Monitor and control the deposit and withdrawal of funds by trading participants, including additional deposits and withdrawals.
Organize and conduct auctions of government bonds and corporate securities in the trading system.
Maintain databases used for trading operations and statistical reporting; implement required updates and generate reports and queries.
Prepare, submit, and archive reports of the Market Operations and Maintenance Department.
Prepare for trading system testing, test new instruments and services, and ensure their implementation in the trading system.
