We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform Lead Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Apps and Microsoft Copilot Studio. This role combines deep technical leadership with consulting and people management responsibilities, requiring an individual who is equally comfortable working directly with clients, designing enterprise solutions, developing complex applications and managing high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end implementation and enhancement initiatives across Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
Design scalable, secure and maintainable business solutions
Translate business requirements into technical solution architectures through discovery workshops and design sessions
Drive technical decision-making and ensure adherence to best practices
Provide technical leadership to development teams and review solution designs, code quality and implementation approaches
Define application architecture, integration strategies and data models
Design and implement AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, including conversational agents and business automation scenarios
Integrate Copilot solutions with Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Microsoft 365
Guide clients on AI adoption strategies and solution roadmaps
Manage, mentor and develop team members, supporting hiring, onboarding and performance management activities
