• If you're a Backend Software Engineer with at least 1 year of experience, strong problem-solving skills, and an interest in project management, delivery, and team collaboration, keep reading.
• English Proficiency (mandatory B2+) 🗣️: You’ll collaborate with international teams, so strong written and spoken English is essential.
• Software Engineering Fundamentals 📐: Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, OOP, software design, and general engineering principles.
• Understanding of API design, databases, and backend architecture.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and software development best practices.
• Project Management Knowledge 📋: Understanding of software development lifecycle and project delivery processes.
