As a Prime Operations Assistant on the Custody Product Ops team within Institutional, you'll support the operational workflows that keep Coinbase's token management platform running for Prime customers. This team manages the full billing lifecycle, contract operations, customer onboarding, and token distributions for crypto-native teams, protocol foundations, and institutional clients.
Responsibilities
- Reconcile billing and subscription records, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate collections follow-up to maintain accurate revenue operations across the Prime customer base.
- Manage MSA intake and agreement workflows through Ironclad, track signatures and renewals, and maintain complete contract records for all active accounts.
- Coordinate TLS and Vesting Platform onboarding for new customers, triage Pylon inboxes, and deliver timely communications throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Prepare token distributions, support grant setup and M2M migrations, and execute controlled lockup coverage in accordance with documented approval requirements.
- Maintain SOPs, reporting methodology, and canonical operational datasets, flagging opportunities for automation and escalating policy questions to designated owners.
