Hardware Validation Procedures and Documentation Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of validation plans, detailed test procedures, and supporting documentation for L6, L10, and L11 products.
• Collaborate with NVIDIA hardware, software, firmware, system, and validation engineers to define test coverage, prerequisites, configurations, execution steps, and acceptance criteria.
• Translate engineering requirements and test methodologies into clear instructions covering equipment setup, tools, commands, expected results, data collection, and troubleshooting.
• Work with engineering owners to verify procedures through hands-on execution and pilot runs, ensuring they are accurate, repeatable, and ready for use by internal and partner teams.
• Provide technical guidance and training to internal engineers, JDM partners, and vendors to enable consistent execution of validation plans.
• Serve as a primary contact for questions and issues encountered during validation, clarifying procedures, supporting initial troubleshooting, and engaging the appropriate engineering owners.
• Establish documentation templates, review and approval processes, revision control, and traceability between validation requirements, procedures, and results.
• Keep documentation aligned with product revisions, hardware configurations, software and firmware releases, and changes to validation requirements.
• Incorporate execution feedback and lessons learned into procedures to improve usability, reduce ambiguity, and increase validation efficiency.
