Senior Business Analyst, Revenue Analytics

Responsibilities

• Strategic Collaboration with Sales, Go-To-Market Strategy, Finance, Product, and Data Science to deliver analytics that shape Reddit’s revenue strategy.
• Build AI-ready data foundations
• Develop and govern the semantic models and contextual business logic required to power both traditional dashboards and emerging AI-driven analytical tools, ensuring high-quality, trusted outputs across all consumption layers.
• Translate insights into action, guiding business partners through complex data findings to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance.
• Drive operational excellence, ensuring on-time delivery of insights, automation of recurring reporting, and continuous improvement of data models.
• Partner with the Data Science and Salesforce teams to manage & enhance the revenue data foundations, including ETL workflows, Salesforce-to-revenue mappings, and data pipelines in BigQuery.
