We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with a strong e-commerce background to become part of our team. This position involves connecting business requirements with technical solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to develop marketplace platforms and digital experiences.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the business team to understand and analyze business needs, objectives, and processes
- Conduct interviews, workshops, and stakeholder meetings to gather and document comprehensive and accurate business requirements
- Partner with stakeholders to define business requirements, ensuring business goals align with technical solutions
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Develop flow charts, documentation, and visualizations to clarify requirements
- Handle multiple requirements and priorities simultaneously across active initiatives
- Adapt flexibly to ambiguity and shifting business priorities
- Meet deadlines and deliver quality results under pressure
