Responsibilities
- Team & Project Leadership
- Lead project delivery teams, guide junior/senior consultants, and oversee the successful execution of configuration changes, feature activations, and system enhancements
- Strategic Client Communication: Serve as the primary trusted advisor for customer stakeholders, managing expectations, leading workshops, and presenting strategic recommendations
- Architecture & Solutioning
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical designs on the Vault CRM platform
- Best Practice Advocacy: Proactively guide clients toward Veeva and Life Sciences industry best practices while ensuring seamless integration and high client satisfaction
