We are looking for a hands-on Senior SAP Fieldglass Consultant to lead the Fit-to-Standard phase and subsequent configuration of our Contingent Workforce Management implementation. The ideal candidate will bring deep product expertise to map current contingent workforce processes to standard Fieldglass capabilities and configure the solution accordingly.
Responsibilities
- Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops with business stakeholders to assess current contingent workforce processes
- Map existing processes to standard Fieldglass capabilities and document gaps
- Configure workflows, business rules, user roles, and forms/templates within the Fieldglass solution
- Translate business requirements into Fieldglass out-of-the-box capabilities
- Flag requirements that require customization beyond standard functionality
- Collaborate directly with business stakeholders throughout the implementation
- Support the Contingent Workforce Management module configuration from design through deployment
