We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to serve as a subject matter expert for a banking platform in Zurich, Switzerland in a hybrid working mode. In this role, you will combine deep functional knowledge of platform architecture with analytical thinking and operational insight.
Responsibilities
- Maintain deep functional knowledge of the banking platform, including API product specifications, consent management, transaction signing, authentication and supporting platform capabilities
- Analyse data across platform components, API usage, operational metrics and ecosystem interactions to deliver actionable insights and meaningful reporting
- Investigate platform behaviour, troubleshoot complex technical issues, identify root causes and explain dependencies across platform components
- Create and maintain documentation, guidance and reusable knowledge assets to improve platform understanding and supportability
- Provide domain expertise and impact assessments to support platform enhancements and operational excellence
- Recommend improvements to platform reliability, transparency and efficiency
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, support, product and business teams to clarify platform dependencies and support informed decisions
