The following tasks will be performed by the external service provider: TASK-01: Design a Solution Objectives and Scope: Design a solution assessing the business context and validating requirements. It includes analyzing current and target processes, identifying optimization opportunities, and translating needs into coherent solution options.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and model business processes and workflows.
- Identify process inefficiencies and optimization opportunities.
- Support backlog preparation and requirements traceability.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings.
- Contribute to reporting, KPI monitoring, and data analysis activities.
