We are seeking a talented Java/Node.js Development Team Lead with proficiency in SAP . Become a part of EPAM and contribute to developing and supporting applications within the SAP Business Technology Platform.
Responsibilities
- Conduct code reviews and develop features based on best software development practices, ensuring clean code and clean design
- Monitor applications, troubleshoot issues and resolve bugs
- Write technical and user documentation
- Cooperate with the team, track its performance and needs
- Collaborate with customers and stakeholders on technical topics, provide required metrics to management
- Participate in the setup, improvement and implementation of development processes
- Provide design and architectural decisions
