You've spent 2-3 years in marketing doing hands-on work: campaigns, content, social media, ads. Now you're ready to lead.

Responsibilities

Lead the team.
Manage our SMM specialist and content writer.
Set priorities, review their work, and help them grow.
Build the function. Figure out what the marketing team needs, and propose and help hire new roles as we scale.
Drive growth. Find new ways to attract clients, and bring concrete plans for how Profin can grow, not just carry out tasks.
Work smarter. Bring in new tools (AI, automation, analytics, CRM) that cut costs and lift sales.
Own the numbers. Track leads, conversions, and campaign ROI, and report on what's working and what isn't.
Work across teams. Work with our accounting and legal teams to turn their expertise into content and offers that sell.
