Perform brokerage operations at Zetta Capital, a newly forming investment company with Griffin Capital as its shareholder. The role involves ensuring the proper execution of securities transactions, delivering high-quality client service, and contributing to the development of the company's brokerage services.
Responsibilities
- Receive and process client orders to buy and sell securities.
- Facilitate transactions in equities, bonds, exchange-traded funds (ETFs), and other financial instruments.
- Monitor client order execution and trade settlement processes.
- Assist clients with the use of trading platforms.
- Provide information on brokerage services, fees, and trading conditions.
- Handle client inquiries and assist in resolving technical and operational issues.
- Monitor developments in local and international securities markets.
- Collaborate with custody, accounting, and compliance teams.
- Contribute to the development of brokerage services and the introduction of new financial instruments.
