We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Agentforce Engineer to join a mid-sized Salesforce team with strong Agentforce expertise, transforming an enterprise Intellectual Property Management System into an AI-powered innovation platform used by some of the world's most innovative companies to manage invention disclosures, patents, trademarks, filings, renewals, and portfolio strategy across the entire innovation lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Build and deploy Agentforce agents, actions, and topics to support the AI-powered innovation platform
- Design AI agents capable of creating invention disclosures from documents and finding similar innovations
- Develop solutions to generate summaries, stakeholder communications, and extract deadlines and tasks from emails
- Architect systems that answer natural language questions over portfolio data and provide strategic recommendations
- Lead and mentor a mid-sized development team through code reviews and technical guidance
- Apply strong architecture principles and clean code practices across the platform
- Maintain Git-based source control workflows throughout development
- Collaborate within an Agile team environment to deliver on the product roadmap
