As a Senior Pricing Analyst, you will join the Retail Insurance team to drive pricing strategy and portfolio profitability by developing and optimizing tariff models. Ensure pricing decisions are grounded in claims experience, risk segmentation, portfolio performance, and market competitiveness.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain pricing and tariff models for Motor Insurance using frequency-severity, GLM, and other relevant approaches, with secondary coverage of Travel, Home, and other personal insurance products
- Monitor portfolio performance and identify the key drivers behind deviations from profitability targets
- Prepare data-driven recommendations for tariff adjustments to support sales, profitability, and loss ratio objectives
- Conduct rate adequacy, competitor pricing, and customer sensitivity analysis to support pricing decisions
- Support tariff approval, rate filing, and regulatory submission processes where applicable
- Partner with Actuarial, Underwriting, Product, Claims, and Data teams on pricing initiatives and portfolio reviews
- Build pricing dashboards and management reports and present findings to relevant stakeholders
