Specialist in Collateral Registration and Support Department

Responsibilities

• Preparation of letters (applications) for lifting restrictions applied to property pledged to the Bank.
• Registration and termination of pledge rights with authorized state bodies.
• Receiving and analysing information on the death of customers, and, where the Bank is registered as a creditor of a deceased customer, preparing a statement of obligations to be submitted to a notary's office.
• Signing contracts with customers at notary offices in Yerevan, and registering obligations of deceased customers.
• Performing other functions assigned by the Bank's internal legal acts, decisions and orders, and other instructions related to its functions.
• You have higher education (economics or technical).
• You have at least 3 months of work experience within the last 3 years in servicing financial instruments and the means of securing them.
• You have knowledge of Armenian (excellent) and Russian (good).
• You have knowledge of MS Office, Lotus, LSoft or similar programs.
