Lead Post-Silicon Validation Engineer

Responsibilities

• In this role, you will manage and help lead post-silicon bringup, characterization, and productization of the memory system for NVIDIA's GPU products.
• Develop, qualify, and work on compliance of memory system software and firmware.
• You will be the primary contact for customers internal and external, and DRAM vendors for silicon issues relating to memory.
• Contribute through the GPU development cycle from concept
• Plan of Record, Architecture, Micro-architecture, design, validation, physical design and tape out.
• What we need to see
• Bachelors or Masters in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related fields (or equivalent experience)
• 12+ years of proven experience with three years and working with memory systems in the lab.
• Direct experience in taking an SOC/GPU from concept level to production.
• Experience in DRAM, high speed DRAM Interfaces like HBM, GDDR and LPDDR and their timing, analog, and digital requirements.
