We are looking for a Lead .NET AI Developer to drive the design and development of modern cloud-native applications powered by Generative AI technologies. This role combines deep expertise in the Microsoft ecosystem with hands-on experience building AI-enabled solutions and mentoring engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications using C# and .NET technologies
- Implement scalable ASP.NET Core and Web API solutions on Microsoft Azure
- Drive adoption of modern software engineering practices, including CI/CD, cloud-native architectures, and DevOps automation
- Develop and integrate Generative AI capabilities into business applications
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, and cross-functional engineering teams to define technical solutions
- Guide technical decisions, conduct code reviews, and mentor engineers
- Contribute to frontend development activities using React or Angular when required
- Build secure, resilient, and highly performant distributed systems
- Optimize development workflows through AI-assisted engineering practices utilizing GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and LLM-based solutions
