Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and attract new clients
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Identify clients' needs and motivations
- Present the company's services
- Schedule and conduct property visits and meetings (at least 15 per week)
- Evaluate residential and commercial properties
- Negotiate and sign listing agreements
- Organize property photography and listing publication
- Provide regular updates and reports to clients
- Conduct negotiations
