As a Quality Assurance Specialist at WhiteTech you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the quality of our cutting-edge payment solutions. Your efforts in identifying, reporting, and tracking bugs, along with your active involvement in the entire software development lifecycle, will directly contribute to the reliability and performance of our products.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of quality assurance within cross-functional product teams.
- Design and maintain comprehensive test strategies covering functional, UI, API, integration, and exploratory testing.
- Drive pixel-perfect validation of complex web interfaces across multiple devices, screen sizes, and browsers.
- Ensure full test coverage for API flows using tools like Postman, Swagger, and automation hooks if needed.
- Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and product managers to define quality expectations and shift testing left.
- Write structured, reusable test cases and detailed bug reports that help the team move fast without sacrificing quality.
- Review and improve test documentation, coverage, and regression practices across releases.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and team workflows.
