Senior Go-to-Market Marketing Manager - Retail and Consumer Services

Responsibilities

• Architect an all-encompassing marketing strategy for Retail and Consumer Services that covers long-term vision, messaging centered on value, core audience segments, and avenues for growth
• Rework market and client research into concrete marketing plans informed by current trends, buyer frustrations, and rival positioning
• Build innovative industry storylines and perspectives linking EPAM's capabilities to client pain points and market openings
• Partner with sales and business leadership to keep marketing goals and success metrics aligned with the company's broader growth trajectory
• Accelerate the sales pipeline and reduce cycle times by spearheading coordinated programs supporting top-tier accounts, significant deals, and cross-sell potential
• Define and launch the Retail and Consumer Services offerings roadmap by identifying the most valuable solutions and managing their go-to-market rollout
• Oversee comprehensive go-to-market initiatives covering thought leadership content, marketing campaigns, account-based marketing, digital channels, and live events
• Cultivate collaborative programs with alliance partners to capture greater ecosystem value for marketing and demand generation
• Produce enablement content for sales teams, executive playbooks, and thought leadership materials that elevate EPAM's presence in the industry
