Solution Architect - Java Full Stack

Responsibilities

• Build software solutions that prioritize robust security, scalability, and reliability in service of business objectives
• Map out and put into motion technology strategy spanning one or more products, engaging with essential stakeholders along the way
• Combine efforts with senior technical and product leaders to influence and deliver solutions that produce tangible results
• Maintain close collaboration with globally spread Solution Architecture and Engineering teams to develop common standards and methodologies
• Stay connected with wider technical and architecture groups to keep initiatives in step with organizational strategy
• Investigate and weigh various technical solution options by drawing from both time-tested and newer technologies
• Speed up software delivery by applying focused expertise in microservices architecture geared toward fintech
• Mentor and back engineering teams to encourage sound technical habits and steady progress
• Work hand-in-hand with product owners and operations staff to enable smooth software releases
• Advocate for agile principles and contribute to a workplace culture grounded in teamwork and mutual support
