Director, Global GTM Strategy & Operations

Responsibilities

• Global Team Leadership
• Build, scale, and mentor a global GTM Operations team (15 team members, including embedded business partners and visualization analysts across diverse time zones), fostering a high-performance, team-first culture.
• Annual Planning & Execution
• Lead annual planning, quota allocation, capacity modeling, and territory design across Sales, CS, and Marketing teams.
• Retention & Growth PMO
• Partner with executive leadership to program manage company-wide objectives focused on gross/net retention, bookings, and customer lifecycle optimization.
• Executive Facilitation
• Lead recurring operational cadences with executive stakeholders (Sales, CS, Marketing, Finance, Legal) to eliminate friction and accelerate deal velocity.
• Support & Governance
• Oversee non-customer-facing commercial execution, coordinating with Legal, Finance, and Deal Desk to streamline order processing and contracting workflows.
