System Architect Lifecycle Marketing

Responsibilities

• Architect a parameterised lifecycle system where new industries, segments, and languages are configuration, not new campaign trees
• Design and launch onboarding, nurture, and upsell campaigns across Creator, Enterprise, and Developer segments
• Prototype and ship your own integrations and logic; you scope engineering help, you don't queue behind it
• Own lifecycle touchpoints across channels with clear, measurable goals
• Build multilingual nurture flows that scale globally, maintaining message quality and performance
• Set up and manage robust A/B testing plans and track performance across the full funnel
• Own the reporting framework for lifecycle marketing; define success metrics and communicate learnings
• Build ABM infrastructure for targeted, account-level nurture and retention programs
• Partner with the design and engineering teams to deploy campaigns that require light integration or tech support
• Bring structure and governance to lifecycle strategy—ensuring data hygiene, segmentation accuracy, and QA rigor
