Acba bank is looking for an IT Project Manager to join our team Analyze current IT project management and related processes, identify ways to increase their efficiency, and initiate necessary changes through feasibility studies and needs assessments for new solutions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze current IT project management and related processes, identify ways to increase their efficiency, and initiate necessary changes through feasibility studies and needs assessments for new solutions.
- Plan project activities and resources, and manage execution timelines.
- Coordinate Agile events and remove impediments hindering team productivity.
- Manage cross-functional teams and applying "servant leadership" principles
- Execute time management and continuous progress monitoring.
- Prepare analytical reports for stakeholders based on performance data.
