We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our growing team and act as a bridge between business stakeholders, developers, and QA engineers. In this role, you will help translate business needs into clear technical requirements, ensure features are properly understood before development, and verify that delivered solutions meet expectations.
Responsibilities
- Participate in backlog grooming sessions and help prepare tasks before development begins.
- Create clear and structured Jira tickets, including user flows, edge cases, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
- Communicate new feature requirements to developers and QA engineers and provide clarification throughout development.
- Review and test delivered features against business requirements before release, including bonuses, payment flows, and player account functionalities.
- Analyze existing business processes, identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with Operations, CRM, Payment, and other relevant teams to gather and clarify business requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in Jira and Confluence.
- Ensure alignment between business expectations and technical implementation.
