Responsibilities

• We’re creating OneState, a mobile social RP game built in Unity. Our art team is facing ambitious challenges as we develop the project with a realistic approach and high standards for visual quality and technical solutions.
• 3+ years of experience leading an animation team
• Proven ability to create and maintain living Animation Style Guides
• Experience in team development and managing outsourcers (vendor selection, task assignment, quality control)
• Lead and develop the animation team, set up efficient processes, and foster autonomy and professional growth
• Implement and enforce quality standards for all animations across all target platforms
• Act as a key partner for Production, Art Direction, and Technical teams
