Their apps are primarily monetized through in-app advertising, so every UA decision is judged on real ad revenue per user, not vanity installs. We move fast, run on data, and give UA managers real budgets and real ownership.
• We’re looking for a Mid/Senior UA Manager to own and scale paid acquisition across our mobile portfolio. You’ll manage significant daily budgets across Meta, TikTok, Mintegral, AppLovin, Unity and other networks, with one clear goal: profitable growth measured by ROAS. This is a hands-on role with direct impact on company revenue and a short path from idea to live test.
• Build and run a structured testing roadmap: new networks, geos, bidding strategies, audiences and creatives
• Partner with Data and Monetization teams to connect UA cost with ad revenue (eCPM, ARPDAU, LTV curves)
• Manage relationships with network account managers and push for betas, better terms and support
• Report weekly to management on spend, ROAS, learnings and next steps
• People-first management with minimal bureaucracy
