IT Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to office and warehouse staff (hardware, software, printers, scanners, internet).
• Install, configure, and maintain workstations, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Manage network and Wi-Fi setup, ensuring stable connectivity across all locations.
• Handle office-to-office tech logistics — transporting, setting up, and replacing equipment as needed.
• Coordinate with the central IT team for escalated issues and system-level tasks.
• Maintain inventory of devices, accessories, and spare parts.
• Provide on-site hardware support across ONEX branches and warehouse facilities.
