Responsibilities
- Facilitate stakeholders’ alignment towards joint goals
- Define success criteria and measurement strategy
- Proactively identify and manage risks
- Orchestrate all parties toward success
- Apply business acumen for challenges resolution
- Participate in pre-sales activities (convert new opportunities into projects)
- Manage delivery from kick-off to go-live and post-production
- Facilitate the requirements gathering process & discovery
- Interface with the clients
- Proactively communicate project status and risks
