Senior Solution Architect & Technology Consultant (Financial Services or Insurance)

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture implementation from strategy and requirements through to solution go-live across multiple sectors
• Act as a hands-on technologist designing, prototyping and integrating modern digital solutions into enterprise platforms while engaging up to CxO level
• Balance rapid innovation with technical feasibility and long-term sustainability in collaboration with leadership teams
• Partner with multi-disciplinary teams including architecture, technology consulting, delivery management, product and development across geographies
• Provide technical governance including architectural reviews, roadmaps and audits while identifying and implementing efficiency improvements
• Create and present architecture proposals, proofs of concept and provide pre-sales support including RFP responses
• Help clients improve software delivery, code quality and overall engineering effectiveness
• Act as a liaison between architects, delivery managers, product owners and multi-vendor engineering teams
• Mentor team members, providing guidance to help them grow within the UK practice
• Represent the company at external and internal conferences and client workshops to enhance visibility and thought leadership
