We are seeking a senior Salesforce professional to operate as a Lead Developer or Consultant based on project needs. The ideal candidate combines strong Salesforce expertise with leadership capabilities and balances client delivery responsibilities with people and resource management activities.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution design and implementation initiatives
- Drive discovery workshops, requirements gathering and business process analysis
- Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions and architecture
- Define solution blueprints, integration approaches, data models, security models and governance standards
- Provide technical and functional leadership across project teams
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects and development teams
- Guide development teams in implementing Salesforce solutions
- Review technical designs, code quality and implementation approaches
- Support integrations with external systems and enterprise platforms
- Manage, mentor and develop Salesforce consultants, developers and architects
