Senior Product Marketing Manager, KrispCX

Responsibilities

• You’ll own product marketing for Voice Agents and be a hands-on member of the PMM team across our portfolio. Both are core to the role.
• Voice Agents
• Drive product marketing for Voice Agents, from early growth initiatives to feature and market launches, aligning Marketing, GTM, and Product around a shared plan.
• Partner with Product on the roadmap and packaging, using market and customer insights to help shape what ships next.
• Define the ICP, use cases, and competitive differentiation, backed by market and competitor research.
• Own positioning, messaging, and copywriting, including the Voice Agents website.
• Work with the PMM team to integrate Voice Agents into our existing offerings, ensuring the portfolio tells a cohesive story.
• Build sales enablement materials, collateral, and demo experiences that communicate the product’s value quickly.
• Across the portfolio
• Own PMM projects and lead launches for existing products, from planning through delivery.
